Booking information
- Prices are quoted in EURO per person and day excl. local tax
- Local tax: € 2.20 per person/day from 15 years
- Rates valid for min. stay of 7 nights
- A short stay surcharge is charged for stays of 1 to 3 nights.
- Unfortunately, we do NOT have a guest lift!
- Non-smoking hotel!
- Half-board includes a breakfast buffet and 4-course evening meal.
- Price reduction without dinner: € 8 per person/day.
- Surcharge for dinner for breakfast guests: € 22 per person/day.
- Breakfast buffet: from 07:30 till 9:30 am
- Dinner: 6:30 - 8:00 pm
- Children are discounted from 2 full-paying adults in their parents' room.
- We will be happy to provide you with a cot on request, a flat rate of € 20 per stay will be charged.
- You are welcome to bring your dog with you by prior arrangement for € 15 a day.
- Check-in: The rooms on arrival day from about 3:00 pm obtainable.
- Check-out: On departure day we ask to clear the room until about 10:00 am.
- If you arrive before 8 am or later than 6 pm, please send a short message.
- We respectfully ask you to pay the final bill the day before your departure by cash or debit card at the reception.
- We ask you also in your interest, a trip cancellation insurance. Click here to purchase travel insurance
- Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival. From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking. From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking. When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking, on early departure or no show 100% charged.
- Basically apply Austrian law and international hotel contract conditions as agreed.
Reduction for children
For our little guests we give a discount in their parents' room (2 full-paying guests):
- 0 - 2 years 100 % (Baby cot € 10 per day)
- 3 - 7 years 50 %
- 8 - 11 years 30 %
- from 12 years 10 %
No price reduction when children stay in a separate room!
