No price reduction when children stay in a separate room - The rooms on arrival day from about 3pm obtainable. On departure day we ask to clear the room until about 10.30am. If you arrive before 8 am or clock later than 6 pm, please send a short message.
- We respectfully ask you to pay the final bill the day before your departure by cash or debit card at the reception. Please talk to your bank about the debit part of your debit card. (! ATTENTION! can no credit cards accepted!)
- We ask you also in your interest, a trip cancellation insurance.

The cancellation fee is calculated by the daily price, net of taxes and meals. Up to 3 months before arrival cancellation is free of charge, from then until 1 month before arrival we charge 50%, from then until the day of arrival, 70% charged, no show, 100% charged. - Basically apply Austrian law and international hotel contract conditions as agreed. Jurisdiction is Zell am Ziller.
